I have tried all these books, even 2007 version of it, I hated Aulton 2007 but this book is amazing! It it a bit long-winded and sometimes difficult to understand, but maybe it is because i dislike pharmaceutics! Pharmaceutics is one of the most diverse subject areas in pharmaceutical science and an understanding of it is vital for all pharmacists and scientists involved in converting drugs to medicines that can be safely delivered to a patient. With titles available across a variety of media, we are able to supply the information you need in the most convenient format. P>All aspects of pharmaceutics are covered in a clear and readily accessible way and extensively illustrated throughout, providing an essential companion to the entire pharmaceutics curriculum from day one until the end of the course. I bought this book for my class in Pharmaceutical Technology and, with a strong background in Physical Chemistry, I found this book very good for the transition from Physical Chemistry to Physical Pharmacy. To calculate the overall star rating and percentage breakdown by star, we don’t use a simple average. The table of contents at the beginning of the each chapter is really good, the diagrams have been renewed. An understanding of pharmaceutics is therefore vital to all pharmacists and pharmaceutical scientists who are involved in converting a drug or a potential drug into a medicine that can be delivered safely, efficiently and conveniently to the patient. For all the pharmacy students out there part of your pharmacy degree will be to study formulation design and pharmaceutics. Smart study tools such as note sharing and subscription, review mode, and Microsoft OneNote integration.
