Allow time for products to absorb properly in between application - drying time and proper absorption of products will stop pilling. Avoid applying over an oil-based product. Oil-based products decrease absorption and therefore can pill or ball. So use light water based products first and heavier, oil based products on top. I am sorry you don’t feel the EyeLift in a tube is providing results.
