Read this manual before you are going to use the Hailong battery, and keep it for reference. This manual contains important safety, performance and battery functions. The battery we choose as example is model Hailong I-1, some customer name it Hailong III. When the battery is not in use, keep it away from paper clips, coins, keys, nails, screws or other small metal objects that could make a connection from one terminal to another. A short circuit between the battery terminals may cause burns or a fire. Short circuit damage which occurs in this instance voids any and all warranty claims against TrikExplor.
Do not place the battery near flammable materials. Ensure the battery is completely dry and placed on a fireproof surface before charging. There is a risk of fire due to the heat generated during charging.

KD21C LCD can provide a lot of functions to fit the users’ need. The indicating contents are as following.
USB Port: Stay connected and powered up during your rides with the built-in USB port. Now you can conveniently charge your cell phone or other devices while on the go. The EM3ev Jumbo Shark case is built and designed for 70 cells (the case itself is bought in from our preferred case maker). We were not willing to sacrifice safety and reliability by squeezing 70 cells into the Hailong case, that was only ever intended for a max of 65 cells, which is why we waited until a suitable case was available, before we offered our 52V EM3ev Jumbo Shark. The only way it was possible for others to offer a 52V battery in the Hailong case, was to discard the standard cell holders and glue the cells together. Hailong battery case has the following models: Hailong I, Hailong I-2, Hailong 2, Hailong plus, Hailong Pro, Hailong G56, Hailong G70 and Hailong G80. All these models with similar design, but different sizes for installing different number of battery cells - 18650 and 21700. Currently only the Hailong G80 available for 21700 cells - maximum 52pcs for 10S5P or 13S4P.Avoid mechanical loads and exposure to high temperatures. These can damage the battery cells and cause the flammable contents to leak out. The controller case in the slider (that most do not even use) has been removed, freeing up space to make a 56 cell (52V) battery, without compromises. I subsequently replaced the 15amp BPM with a 30amp BPM that prevented this issue from occurring, as the OEM batteries from Cyrusher come with a 30amp BMS. However even doing so I never got more than 20 miles out of a rated “30ah” Hailong bought on Alibaba regardless of the PAS settings but the 17ah from Cyrusher gets 48 miles using the same PAS settings and all things being equal (i.e. same path to work, same stop and go, same speed, same PAS, etc.) The slider on the Jumbo Shark has a metal support and it has fixing points along almost it’s entire length, so you shouldn’t have any trouble to fit it to the standard bottle mounts on most bikes.
